Package shows delivered but hasn't arrived
Check with neighbors and your local post office first — packages are occasionally left with a neighbor or held at a local facility. If your package still can't be located within 3 business days of the delivery date, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Wrong item or missing item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item at no additional charge — no need to return the wrong item.

Package arrived damaged
Send us a photo of the damaged packaging and item within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You don't need to ship anything back.
